    1. FEMALE LABOUR FORCE PARTICIPATION AND ECONOMIC GROWTH: THEORETICAL AND EMPIRICAL EVIDENCE

Authors: KIRAN SHARMA, DR. MADHURI DESAI, PROF. STEVAN JOHNSON
    Abstract

In this paper, we have developed an augmented version of Solow growth model, including gender shares. The Solow model augmented by gender predicts that income per capita increases with the share of women employment. Following this, derived theoretical relationships are empirically tested using panel Autoregressive Distributed Lag approach. We applied this methodology on a Solow growth model for 122 countries for the period between 1990 and 2014. The results show that the empirical evidence is consistent with the theoretical prediction. We suggest that increasing women employment would lead to an increase in economic growth, and hence in welfare

    2. DEMOGRAPHIC WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITIES (DWO) AND ECONOMIC GROWTH IN EGYPT

Authors: DR. RAJEEV YADAV , DR. AMIT SHARMA. DR. GEETA
    Abstract

The demographic transition theory and the demographic window of opportunity (DWO) have been tested in several developed and most likely developing countries since the beginning of the 1990s. Regarding Egypt, demographic data from The Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS) predicts that the country is about to enter the DWO phase. In order to realize how to maximize the possible benefits from this DWO in Egypt, two main models were developed in this paper in an attempt to determine the main economic and demographic variables that influence the dependency ratio and thus economic growth over the period 1980-2022. The results reveal that; total number of students enrolled at all levels of pre-university education, Total Educational Attainment and GDP per capita are the main variables with highest significant effect on the dependency ratio in Egypt and that the latter is the most influential. The strong relation between GDP per capita and dependency ratio can be explained as with the reduction in the dependency ratio, public and private savings will increase and eventually will be directed towards increased human and capital investments. On the other side, the Employment to Population Ratio, Gross Domestic Savings and Government Effectiveness are found to have significant impact on economic growth with the latter being the most influential. This indicates that government effectiveness plays the major role in channeling domestic savings that’s expected to increase as a result of reduced dependency ratio to finance economic growth.

    3. SITUATION OF LOGISTICS SERVICE QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF VIETNAM BUSINESSES

Authors: PROF.SEEMA RANI , DR.ARSH KUMAR, DR. SUKHMAN KAUR
    Abstract

Logistics is an important service sector in the overall structure of the national economy, playing a supporting, connecting and promoting socio-economic development of the whole country as well as each locality. Therefore, logistics service providers need to deeply understand the important factors in managing the quality of logistics services in order to achieve success. This study analyses and assesses in detail the current situation of quality management of logistics service providers in Vietnam, providing solutions to help these enterprises improve their performance.

    4. PUBLIC–PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS AND HUMAN DEVELOPMENT

    Authors: MR.SHUBHAM PATIAL, MR.HARVEER
    Abstract

The restructuring of a state is crucial for promoting human development. For this reason, public–private partnerships (PPPs), the so-called “fourth revolution” in reinventing the state, have become a global strategy of choice. Yet, existing studies on PPPs mainly analyze their effect on growth or inequality, not human development. This article uses data from the human development index (HDI) database to investigate the impact of PPP projects on human development. With the increasing scale of public infrastructure investments and the need to improve public services, it is necessary to examine whether PPPs are justified in improving social welfare. We conducted the analysis for all low- and middle-income countries using propensity score matching (PSM) and multivariate analysis. Additionally, we present the HDI predictions. We believe that assessing the impact of public–private cooperation on increasing social welfare, reducing social exclusion, and implementing investments with a robust social impact is essential. Overall, we found a statistically significant effect of PPPs on human development, demonstrating that the growing scale of PPP investments in low- and middle-income countries enhances their HDI.

    5. ICH AND E-COMMERCE: BRIDGING TRADITION AND MODERNITY IN CULTURAL AND CREATIVE PRODUCTS

Authors: MR.SUNIL KUMAR, DR. KAMAL SHARMA , DR. PEAM LAL,
    Abstract

The development of intangible cultural heritage cultural and creative products is an important channel for revitalizing intangible cultural heritage, and the e-commerce platform is a good way to promote and disseminate intangible cultural heritage cultural and creative products. Through literature research and online research, this study analyzes the current situation, innovative changes, and value effects of intangible cultural heritage cultural and creative products development, and explores the dilemmas and challenges faced by intangible cultural heritage cultural and creative products development. This paper proposes the "intangible cultural heritage cultural and creative products + e-commerce" mode, which provides reference for stimulating the creativity of intangible cultural heritage cultural and creative products development and effectively promoting the revitalization of intangible cultural heritage, so as further deepens the innovation protection and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage.

    6. GENDERED COPING RESPONSE OF TARGETS TO WORKPLACE BULLYING WITH ROLE OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE: A MODERATED MODERATION MODEL

    Authors: LEVIA AND GURVINDER KAUR*
    Abstract

The study aims to understand the reactance of targets to workplace bullying with respect to active coping response of exit and voice using moderated moderation, emotional intelligence and gender as the two moderators. With the integration of reactance theory and gender socialization (identity theory), the study was carried on 206 junior employees working in Indian IT sector and identified as targets to workplace bullying. The study was conducted in two phases. It was found that people with higher emotional intelligence preferred exit over voice. Also, males with higher emotional intelligence preferred exit as a coping response and females with high emotional intelligence chose to raise voice, implicating stronger identification to their gender identities. The research finds number of theoretical contributions particularly focusing on integration of two theories and is rare attempt of employing moderated moderation. With certain managerial implications, the study concludes with the understanding of how gender identity brings significant change in choosing coping response to workplace bullying.

    7. MODERN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND SYSTEM RESOURCE ALLOCATION USING CONSTRUCTIVE DATA PROCESSING WITH KNOWLEDGE ENGINEERING TECHNIQUES

Authors: D. SARAVANAN, DR. ANUSHA SREERAM, DR. DENNIS JOSEPH, V. SAI SUDHEER
    Abstract

One of the major challenges faced by users today is the effective utilization of available resources to improve processing speed and manage data efficiently. A key difficulty arises when users operate across multiple resources within a multidimensional environment. These users are often connected to systems with varying configurations, processing speeds, and network connectivity. This heterogeneous pool of information makes it extremely challenging for users to optimize application performance. To address the issue of efficient resource allocation, this paper proposes a technology called the Constructive Data Processor (CDP), which leverages a knowledge engineering mechanism. The proposed technique involves periodically collecting available information resources at regular intervals. When an operation is initiated, the system uses the collected data to identify the most feasible processing paths. These paths are then connected to the Constructive Data Processor, thereby enhancing the overall processing speed of user operations. The system design focuses on regular observing and estimation of available resources. Implementation results demonstrate that the proposed technique significantly improves system resource allocation when compared to existing methods.
